LOS ANGELES, Aug. 31 (Xinhua) -- Warner Bros. and New Line Cinema's horror film "Weapons" held onto the top spot at the North American box office for the fourth weekend in a row with an estimated three-day cume of 10.21 million U.S. dollars, figures from measurement firm Comscore showed on Sunday.
The R-rated title has grossed 132.4 million dollars in North America through Sunday.
Universal's 50th re-release of "Jaws" came in second with 8.1 million dollars this weekend.
Rounding out the top three, Sony's crime film "Caught Stealing" opened to a debut weekend of 7.82 million dollars. ■
